NEW POOL RULES (APPROVED BY MASTER BOARD - MARCH, 2009)
Pool hours - Dawn to dusk. Proper bathing suits must be worn. No jeans or cut-offs will be allowed.
No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk.
No glass or animals anywhere in the enclosed pool area.
No food or drink with four (4) feet of the pool/Jacuzzi.
No chairs, coolers or objects within four (4) feet of the pool/Jacuzzi.
Children under 12 must have adult supervision and are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. One resident will accompany not more than four minor children in the pool/pool area. Guests over the age of 18 may use the pool area without a resident present provided they have a proper guest pass with them for presentation should they be asked.
Children that are not potty trained must have swim diapers on in the pool.
No diving or jumping in the pool/Jacuzzi or running on the pool deck. No pushing or boisterous play on the pool deck.
Pool depths are measure in feet - Bathing load - 88 persons
Emergency medical services - call 911 - Phone located beside the men's bathroom door in red box.
Shower before entering the pool/Jacuzzi. Anyone with open sores, cuts, or a communicable disease may NOT enter the pool or shower areas.
Please keep the noise down at night so as to not disturb people in the Community Center and nearby residents.
All pool area equipment is on a first come first served basis. No reservation of chairs or tables ia allowed. Towels or other personal items may not be used to reserve chairs except when the resident is physically present in the pool area.
The Board of Directors may block off times during which the pool will be reserved for meets, water aerobics, or other special functions. The pool will on occasion be closed for repairs and/or cleaning. This is a necessary maintenance to keep our pool efficient, healthy, and beautiful. Cooperate with vendors, volunteers, and office staff doing necessary maintenance.
